The Founder's Story
GuidedAdoption was founded by Eric Wozniak, a software engineer with more than 20 years of experience building enterprise systems, machine learning platforms, and large-scale data pipelines.
He began his career as a Communications Computer Programmer in the United States Air Force, where he gained early exposure to complex enterprise environments and large-scale data systems - long before “big data” became a buzzword.
At Pantomath, Eric led the development of a custom anomaly detection framework that processed massive datasets in real time to provide actionable insights for data driven decision making. At Kroger, he designed and built search platforms that combined signals from AI, machine learning, and natural language processing systems to significantly improve relevance and user experience.
With two decades of enterprise-level software architecture and AI-integration experience as his foundation, Eric founded GuidedAdoption with a clear purpose: to democratize AI adoption by making expert guidance affordable and accessible.
Eric brings deep expertise in software architecture, machine learning, database design, and cloud infrastructure, paired with a pragmatic approach to solving real business problems. He understands both the technology and the organizational change required to deploy it successfully.
